- Whooo, so a few weeks ago my dad almost had a heart attack. Everything's fine now, but it was pretty scary for a while there. - Work's kicking my ass, with all the guards taking days off, it means more work and less days off. The overtime pay will be nice I guess, but makes for a grumpy me. - Got a new tv finally.. was originally supposed to be for Christmas, then got moved to my b-day. Half a year late is better than nothing I suppose. - Been playing an MMO called Aion. It's pretty fun so far.. It'll keep me entertained until the new Star Wars MMO comes out at least.
- Broke my finger lol, and since I don't wanna have to pay doctor bills I just made a makeshift splint thing out of popsicle sticks.. I'm a regular MacGyver!
That's about it.. maybe I'll make a real post later

Well Lance is back from his time in the army.. and I gotta say, I'm not as excited about it as I thought I'd be. For the most part, he's the same Lance I knew four years ago.. but then he's a completely different person at the same time. It seems the days when we would stay up all night playing video games are gone, since he's openly admitted to World of Warcraft taking up most, if not all, of his free-time. As time goes on I hate that game more and more. It was fun for a while, but as with most things, I quickly got bored with it. I blame ADD. XP He's told me that he smokes weed now.... oh boy.. cuz y'know.. that makes him super cool.. His reasoning was even cooler "The army dont let you.. now that i'm out, i can do it" or some dumb shit like that.. It feels almost awkward to be around him anymore.. we have so little in common now, I dunno what to talk to him about. All he seems interested in is WoW. I dunno... guess we'll wait and see what happens.
Maybe it's just me being overly defensive.. since I've been burned by supposed "friends" so much in the past, but maybe being overly defensive isnt such a bad thing.. It prevents people from hurting me anymore, so that's a good thing. I'm getting more and more content not having many friends.. the less you have, the less problems there are. But I realize that they were once a part of my life, and wouldnt change it for the world.. Ya cant just erase old friends out of your life, they make you who you are today, at least in a small way. I'm not gonna go and do something childish like.. erase old journal entries, or delete old fanart. I just deal. People would prolly tell me to "move on", I've tried, I'm too much of a curious creature to completely move on, I keep tabs on old friends, just like i'm sure they do with me. It's interesting to watch how they are turning out.
I'm sure I sound like a broken record, and I've prolly already said mosta this shit a hundred tiems... but fuck, I gotta get SOME use outta this poor neglected journal. XD 'Sides.. dont like it, dont read it i guess :O
I think I need ANOTHER vacation.. ACEN and Minnesota were great.. but man.. they went by so quick. ;~; I miss sneaking next to Msh in the middle of the night and spooning with her while she slept.. Ah well.. there's always next year <3 |

Seems imma be saving up quite a bit of money in the next few months. Gotta save some money for ACEN, then a month later, gotta save money for a family trip to Minnesota for a week. We'll be staying in a cabin on a lake, fishing every day <3 It's gonna rock, I always love our trips to Minnesota.

In other news.. weather's been sucky lately. A few days ago it was snowing, and raining, and sleeting and blowing, and sucking. So alot of Iowa was covered in freezing rain... FUN! Which caused alot of power outages in Iowa too. Luckily ours didnt go out, but i charged my DS just in case! I was prepared :D Now it's snowing MORE... i HATE snow! and i HATE driving in snow! But i gotta do it anyways, lucky me!
Tomorrow's my mom's B-day party.. her B-day was last week, but my dad arranged a surprise party for her last weekend, but die to the shitty weather, we couldnt have it. So he's gonna do it tonight.. which kinda sucks because i gotta work... Ah well.. I'll prolly stop up there on a delivery just to make an appearance.
Looking forward to ACEN, should be fun and we get to meet a few of our online friends. Kami even said she would be able to make it.. so after YEEEAAARS I'll finally get to meet her XD I'd rock if Msh could make it too, so my fat ass can chase her around making lewd gestures at her :D I was kinda sad to hear that we wont have a table this year. I was kinda looking forward to it since i've never done anything like that before and it sounded like a neat idea. But ah well, cant always have what we want, neh? I really need to start saving up money for it.. I know Amber's saving money too, so we should have plenty. Not like I'll even spend much money anyway X3
Started up WoW again with Nubba and Satou, playing on Uldum so i can send my Blood Elf some bags and money from my other accounts. I was pleasantly surprised that the name Bullzye wasnt taken, so i snatched it up pretty quick. I've been neglecting it for a while, just been bust animating i guess. :|
Let's see.. what else... OH! I've been working on an animation lately, hopefully i can get it finished. It's like a music video... or at least some random crap done to a song XD I'm still having fun doing it, so that's a good sign. It prolly wont be finished for a few months, wish me luck! |

Wow.. so i decided to give World of Warcraft a shot again cuz i wanna see some of the new stuff in the expansion.. Which is prolly ultimately pointless since it's all most likely like.. lvl 60-70 stuff anyway. But whatever, i logged onto my old character and.. forgot almost everything.. I couldnt even remember how to open my friends list.. which.. for some reason is empty now.. thanks Blizzard! I think i'll start a new character to get the feel of it again since i dont really have anyone to play with as my main character. Maybe a Hunter this time.. i hear they're beefy. Which means a Blood Elf Hunter.. yeah i'm sure there's plenty of those (LOL LEGOLAS)
EDIT: well nevermind, i guess they want me to go out and buy a completely new set of CD's instead of being able to use my brother's CD Key. Ah well, it's prolly for the best anyway :O |

Well, back from Vegas.. man what an experience that was.
First, we all ate at a buffet place before we go to the airport.. the food was horrible.. it was a horrible selection, and the quality sucked.. It was like it's been sitting out all day and didnt bother even stirring some of the food.. So we were all disappointed in that..
Then we get to the airport early and wait around there.. for once i didnt get pulled from line and searched, my brother did, it was funny.. my mom was all upset over it and went on and on about how it was BS.. him and my mom smoke, so they had to go through security each time they came back from smoking.. she couldnt understand why they had to go through that each time.. even after i explained to her that he could go grab a weapon and come back.. ah well.. she's a little slow sometimes.
So anyway.. we find out that our flight gets delayed 4 hours.. the plane that was coming from Vegas had mechanical problems and had to turn around and go back.. and get a new plane.. so sitting in the airport for.. let's see... 7-8 hours isnt fun. Least we had a tiny shop that had a tv in it.. but i mostly sat around and played my DS.. before getting stuck and bored again. Then i spotted a wheelchair, so i rolled around the terminal for a while. Finally our plane got there and we loaded on and took off. I must say, flying over big cities at night is beautiful.. We flew over Denver and man.. it was awesome! Then we came over Vegas and i've never seen anything like that.. I got a wonderful view of the strip from the air, the hotels/casinos that stuck out the most was the Luxor and the MGM.. the Luxor is a big pyramid with a big light on top that shines into the sky. The MGM is just a huge green building XD So we catch a shuttle to Treasure Island, our hotel. We found out that the shows at our hotel are down for maintenance while we were there.. but ah well.. There's more to see XD. The view from out hotel was awesome.. we had a wonderful view of the strip from the 34th floor.
So after unpacking and all that.. it was about 1am, so me, my dad, and brother go outside and walk to the next hotel over.. which was the.. Venetian.. we didnt stay long, just played a few slot and walked around a little, then decided to go back and go to bed.
Next day I wake up to a beautiful view of Vegas and the desert and mountains in the background.. it was pretty breathtaking. It was all new to me, i've never seen a desert XD. Anyway, we all go outside and start to walk the Strip a bit.. We stop at the Mirage.. and they had a dolphin exhibit.. but it cost $15 and I seemed like the only one that wanted to see them.. so we skipped it. Tho, I won like.. $125 there, I was so happy.. but.. later blew it all.. damn Vegas.. But after that we headed to Caesars Palace. That place was neat, it has the ceilings painted up like sky, with clouds and stuff XD After that it was time to eat, so we went to a casino called Terribles, they had an awesome buffet. Then i think we all went back to the hotel rooms and chilled there.
The next day we went to the MGM, that place is classy.. it's one of my favorite hotel/casinos. They had a place that had lions like, right in the middle of the casino. It was awesome.. the lions would lay on top of these glass tubes and people would take their pictures from underneath. Then we headed to the Luxor.. that place was neat and felt alot less claustrophobic than the other hotels.. on the first floor is the casino, but on the next floor is all the shows, and they have an IMAX there. So Brad wanted to see some dumb movie about the Nile in the IMAX.. i was falling asleep during it.. then we went to one of those "ride" things, where you watch a movie and the seats move... it totally sucked.. and that's all i have to say about that.. That night my folks went to see Tom Jones in the MGM. So my and my brother wandered around New York, New York.. that's my favorite looking hotel/casino from the outside, it's like a mini version of New York, it was neat, google it sometime XD Then me and my brother went out to a fancy-ass strip club.. that cost $30 to get in.. the beer was $7. This club was unlike any other one i've been in, the lap dances cost $20.. after i found that out, my cheap ass pretended to be on the phone every time a dancer came around looking for a dance. XP
Next day we went to the Excalibur.. I've always wanted to visit it, and it was pretty neat.. nothing too memorable tho. Then we went back to the MGM cuz Brad wanted souvenirs from there. After that we went to the Hooters casino and ate there. I got a shirt, since i've never had a Hooters shirt. Then me and my dad went back to the Luxor and saw a 3D IMAX movie about the coral reefs.. it was alot better than the Nile movie. Oh, and I got to see Criss Angel XD I'm not sure what he was doing, but he was all dressed up as some fat dude, had make-up on and was walking around the Luxor talking about "Criss Angel's an asshole! I taught him everything he knows! bla bla bla" it was awesome. The camera crew was there recording him, so maybe i'll be on TV :D
For our last night in Vegas we ate at the Stratosphere.. that was gorgeous. You sit at the top where the restaurant is about 1149ft above ground. I think it's more geared toward a romantic evening meal with your sweety, but it was nice anyway XD The restaurant rotates at the top so you get a complete view of Vegas.. I believe it makes a complete rotation every hour and a half. If i go back to Vegas, i'll definitely be going back to the Stratosphere.
After dinner we started our way back down the Strip, where i got asked for change by a couple bums.. brought back memories of my bus rides.. After checking out a few shops, we sat at the bus station waiting for a bus to take us back to the hotel.. after waiting a damn hour, some lady comes and informs us that the bus dont stop at this station and we have to walk a half a mile down the strip. No problem.. 'cept my mom thought she was gonna die.. I decided to stay with her and keep her company.. but even old ladies were passing her @_@ Well to make a long story short, we finally get back to the hotel and go to sleep.
We get up the next day, pack, and head for the airport where we find out our flight's delayed 45 mins.. which is alot better than 4 hours, so i'm fine by that. The flight home is a blur, since i slept most of the way home.
All in all it was an awesome trip and would love to do it again, but there's no place like home <3 |

Ah~ In about a week i'll be chilling in Vegas, baby! It'll be a nice vacation, i need one X3 Me, my parents and my brother are gonna be flying out there for 5 days.. I'll prolly gamble a little bit, and hopefully have enough sense to know when to stop.. but i've never been gambling before, so we'll find out. Maybe i'll win it big! HAHAHAHAHA anyway. I think me and my brother are gonna go sky diving while we're there.. which hopefully will turn out okay. I'm actually more worried about my ankle and spraining it again than dying.. but just incase, I LOVE YOU ALL AND... umm... I'll.. crap my pants when i die :D The only thing imma miss is all the internet drama i'm gonna miss out on while i'm gone.. SATOU, KEEP ME UP TO DATE, WOMAN!
But yeah, as I said i sprained my ankle about.. 2 and a half weeks ago.. then re-sprained it at work about a week later.. it's still pretty tender and i'm still wearing a little support brace thing while I work. Speaking of work.. it's starting to suck that it's getting alot colder outside, but nice because people tend to tip a little more cuz they pity the poor pizza guy ; ;
Man.. about a year ago I think I was considering moving to New York to go to college there.. funny how so much can change in a year, I've lost a few friends but gained some great ones, and for that i'm thankful. And me and Satou are still going strong, hard to believe it'll be 4 years in Febuary.. but ptolly only.. a year and a half actually spent together in person. Still, it's been fantastic and i couldnt be happier... unless she was Msh ;D I kid, I kid XD oh god I love you Msh~ |

Satou- Ah. my better half, my partner in crime, and quite possibly my good conscience. You're one of the sweetest girls I know and I'm lucky to have ya. Even tho you seem to still be opening up to me, I'm looking forward to watching you open up even more. We havent really been through many BIG ordeals so far, just a few obsticles that we've overcome. You're also a good sport cuz i know i can be mean sometimes and not take your feelings into account.. when i do that, just bop me on the head and shake a finger at me. I also want to thank you for being one of the few shoulders i feel i can lean on and once of the few people i can open up and talk to. I love ya, womang! Just try not to let the weight of the world get ya down and try not to become too bitter.
Kami- Oh Kami Kami Kami.. where to start XD You've been a true-blue friend for as long as i've known you, and i've fogotten how long it's been. Out of all of the people that are still my friends, you've been there the longest.. We've had a few disagreements.. i think.. none really pop into my mind.. But we've remained honest and loyal to eachother. You're one of the other people can count on to be there for me and i hope the feeling is mutual. You're a very stubborn and outspoken person, but that's what i love about ya. Oh and you dont totally shove your head so far up your mans ass that you forget your true friends <3

I've noticed a trend.. I cant seem to keep any friends. Sometimes i truly think i might be Satan, as alot of people have depicted me as. It never really bothered me much until recently.. Cel and Algy i could care less about, they're just a couple of.. silly girls... who hate me cuz they have it stuck in their heads that i've somehow taken Satou away from them, or some dumb shit. When infact they themselves have done a wonderful job of pushing her away.. When i've done quite the opposite.. I ENCOURAGED Satou to go have fun with them. I NEVER told Satou that she couldnt hang out with them. Not ONCE have i made Satou choose between me, and Cel and Algy.. unlike Celesse... It's funny, cuz me and Cel used to be best friends, at least, I considered her MY best friend.. but all that changed when i started dating Satou. I think she got it stuck in her head that me and Satou dating would destroy our little group, that she subconsciously pushed me away and began to hate me, just to maybe prove herself right. Algy just followed suite, taking the chance to swoop in and take my place.
Reirei on the otherhand.. hurt me a little more than Cel and Algy. I think i know why.. with Cel and Algy, i didnt really have a choice in things.. they already hated me. With Reirei, i could have prevented it i think..
Me and reirei, in my opinion, have always been good friends, she was my partner in crime. She was someone i could be as goofy as i wanted around, we'd call eachother names and whotnot and just have fun. But when she started dating Mitch, i got kinda jealous.. She gently inserted her head firmly between Mitch's ass cheeks. I seemed to get placed behind Mitch and that kinda pissed me off. Why should -I-, who's been friends with Reirei have to be placed on the back-burner, while this douchebag gets my spot? I think the final straw was when she came to me and said "we should draw together... i'll see if i can 'make some time' this weekend". She had to "make room" for me... well far be it from me to take up her precious time, y'know? So i took it as an insult.. prolly dumb i know.. and when we finally got around to drawing that weekend, neither of us seemed to have our hearts in it... it was a "hey.." "hi" "... wassap?" "not much.." "oh..." "yep....." "........... okay bye" "bye :|". And that was prolly the last we really spoke to eachother. So yes.. I'm not really sure who's to blame.. I personally think we both are..
There was a short time, after her and Mitch broke up, that she seemed to suddenly wanna talk but we barely spoke of our problems.. all she seemed to want to talk about was Mitch.. so needless to say, i wasnt much of a talker.. So she moved onto Satou, they talked quite a bit i think, then suddenly it stopped.. and Reirei thought it was a good idea to distance herself as far away from me as possible. She removed me from her journal friends list for a while before deleting the whole thing. Tho i do keep track of her and it hurts to see her how she is now... i cant quite put my finger on it tho..
So now it's too late for me to even say i'm sorry if i felt so inclined to.. but that's the thing.. i REFUSE to seek someone out that seemingly wants nothing to do with me.. So it seems like i lost a good friend over some dumb shit.. ah well..
The two that have stuck with me are Satou and Kami.. Satou's been a sweetheart and i dunno what i'd do without 'er.
Me and Kami have been friends for YEARS, she's my oldest online friend. I love 'er to death. There've been times when we've gone a while without talking to eachother, but we've never really had any major fights that i can remember.. These two women have stuck with me through thick and thin, and i cant thank them enough for it. I love these two to death <3
I think.. that i've just stopped caring about things as much.. and perhaps i take friendships lightly now.. after my last few have been demolished.. But only the future knows for sure.. But eh, i just felt i had to get a few things off my chest. Cheers! :D |
